I cannot speak highly enough of Craig and the team at Carite. Initially I had a few issues with my car, Craig has personally dealt with these issues giving me with a loan car, followed up each time with phone calls. Craig has gone the extra mile to ensure that I am happy with my purchase I honestly believe that anyone can sell you a car but it is the after service that is most important and these guys are truly 5 star at that. They care about their customers and are honest to their word, I would highly recommend them.

Bought a car from this car dealership today which was 1 of the best experiences I've ever had with buying a car, the car was immaculate and was waiting for us fresh clean and ready to go, Craig was so helpful and kept me updated, they wasn't pushy or rude like most places and honestly I picked up our car today and left with nothing but excitement and joy, if your going to want to buy a car give them a call and speak to Craig he's a huge help and lovely gentlemen and has a huge experience and knows what he's talking about couldn't recommend them enough. I normally use a BMW main dealer but from my initial visit to Carite through to picking my BMW up today , I have the upmost praise for the excellent service I have received . Craig was very professional and went the extra mile to get the car ready and the hand over was seamless - would definitely recommend them and will be using them in future !

I had my car MOT'd and serviced last week at Carite and had to let everyone know how excellent they are. Steve kept me fully in the loop during the day as the job progressed, and was very keen to fit in with my timings for collection. The car was ready way before it needed to be, despite having to have some new types and pads. Steve and Sam were so friendly and chatty when I arrived, and Sam had done a brilliant job of servicing my car. The engine sounded so quiet, and the ride was much smoother than usual too. Sam had even given the car a clean. How different this experience was, compared to some other garages I've used in the past. I'll definitely be going back to Carite. Thanks Steve and Sam!

I would highly recommend Carite for your next car purchase. Nathan & Tim make the whole process of purchasing a new car hassle and trouble free. We bought a car from Carite where there was no pushy sales tactics like some other garages. Unfortunattly after a few days we started to notice a few issues. Carite were really apologetic and offered a loan car whilst it was repaired. Due to the complexity of one of the issues it took a little longer than expected but thanks to Nathan he had a similar vehicle in stick which we were able to exchange it with. It was a fantastic service considering the issues we had with the car.

We purchased our car an Audi Q5 three months ago. As everyone has stated on the reviews there was absolutely no pressure to buy. We were able to take the car for a test drive alone and were given lots of time to do so. We are extremely pleased with the car. It's running like a dream. We purchased a VW Touran for our family of 6 from these guys & their service & support has been exceptional. No pressure when viewing the car, able to take it on a test drive alone, so again no pressure. Information & knowledge was outstanding. Even after sales, when we had a small issue, Nathan was always contactable & very quick to help & get the problem resolved.
