Great personal service. No hard sell and wanted to understand how we wanted to use the car. Did everything needed to allow us to drive it away the same day.

After having a bad experience with another garage I was very nervous to buy another car.
Craig and Jack at Carite made my weekend as not only did they have such lovely cars there but I found my dream car (at a great price) on the Saturday afternoon and was driving it home on the Sunday!
The staff were so lovely and understanding and explained everything very clearly.
I cannot thank Craig & Jack enough!

Fantastic experience
I went into the showroom looking for a different vehicle than what I came away with. The guys in there were very reasonable with what I was looking for. Craig sat down and went through the finance of a few vehicles with me which were unfortunately not in my price range, however he was then able to find another vehicle for me. He accommodated me to go back for a test drive later that day and then got the figures sorted for me. The handover was quick and easy, the lads were great and sorted everything for me very quickly and easily. First time I'd heard of this place but will definitely recommend to all friends and family. Great place, deals and fantastic staff.

Completely satisfied with the service I got
Very happy with the service I got. They were friendly and helpful and made everything very clear. I felt i could ask any questions and I didn't feel pressurised into anything. Would highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

It's no wonder that Carite won last year's award for Best Used Car Dealer in the whole of the UK. The friendly staff with no pressure to buy, the cleanliness of the showroom and forecourt, the finance and warranty options and a good selection of fair priced vehicles. Like me, if you see a vehicle you like, you can pay an online deposit to reserve the vehicle, test drive it and then decide whether to purchase or to walk away with the deposit returned. Already recommended Carite to friends. Thanks to everyone, especially Craig.

Brilliant! Called at 1.45 with Exhaust hanging off. Dropped off 2.15. They were able to fit new back box and all made good by 4.15! Will be using Carite for all future business! Friendly helpful staff. Big thanks to Elliott and Sam for sorting for me!
