Fantastic dealers! Honestly, we couldn't be more pleased. The entire experience, which was looking to be grim in the beginning due to the old car kind of dying, turned out to be a couple hours of fun, really. We had a good time inspecting and test driving a new car, lots of laughs during the notorious and unavoidable form-filling parts and a left in great moods!

We saw they had a Jeep Renegade for sale - we were eyeballing them with the Mrs for quite some time now. My trusty Civic finally decided to retire and we were pressed to quickly buy a new car. I called them the next day and booked a viewing and a test drive for two hours later.

We were looked after by Jack, a delightful bloke with a fantastic sense of humour and no-nonsense attitude. He happily answered all our questions about the car and pointed out a few things for us to consider due to the SUV nature of the vehicle. He gave us lots of space and time to look around the Jeep in peace and without us feeling like we're being watched.

We opted to finance the car with a loan, which turned out to be straightforward and the entire process took maybe 30-40 minutes. The approval came in almost instantaneously. We couldn't pick up the car on the same day, because Carite hadn't received the V5C yet, but it turned up the following day and we drove the new purchase home.

I've trusted Carite with my car servicing several times and always had a 5* experience. Most recently was when I dropped off my car with a coolant leak and they've managed not only to fix the fault but also to carry out a major service which was due soon and also levelled up my tyre pressures. All this within 24 hours due to their proactive attitude! This company really does go the extra mile and doesn't rip you off either. I look forward to bringing my car here for all my future servicing.

Carite are amazing they fitted us in when they were busy. The car was fixed in less then 24 hours. They went above and beyond. They have been fixing our car for a number of years. I highly recommend them for their customer service and efficiency.

Bought my BMW 3 series from carite in August last year, Tom and the team done their upmost throughout to make the service as convenient as possible and were very helpful. I recently had a problem with the car with the inlet manifold having a fault but this was covered under the warranty I was given with the price of the car. Craig was really helpful with this and sorted the warranty claim out for me while I was away with work. I can't recommend Carite enough, their customer service and after care has been 10/10. Booked MOT here for the first time, was late due to traffic and was assured it wasn't a problem. Rita ( who took the booking) was excellent, and all of the team greeted and treated me as if I'd been going there for years!
If you're not particularly local (as I'm not) it's well worth going that bit out the way.
All done very quickly with no fuss.
After a few ‘troublesome' experiences elsewhere , I'll be returning for any future works needed.. Great customer service!

Absolute pleasure dealing with Carite from start to finish.No high pressure selling, nothing too much trouble.Purchased Golf 2.0tdi,cam belt required changing which Carite did to dealer standard with just a small contribution from us .
